Book $100 Case Fit
Kristina Sifuentes, APRN, FNP-BC

Case Fit Review · $100

Know if a nexus letter is even appropriate — before you pay for one.

Upload your records in Healthie. Kristina reviews them before a private phone or video appointment and tells you whether a letter may be appropriate.

You get the call and a written case-fit summary in Healthie. If a letter is not supported, she explains the findings and possible next steps.

The $100 review is nonrefundable. A written nexus opinion is separate and optional.

What $100 includes

  • Review of records uploaded in Healthie
  • A private phone or video call with Kristina
  • A yes/no answer on whether a letter may be appropriate
  • Findings and possible next steps if a letter is not supported
  • A written case-fit summary in your Healthie portal

What it does not include

A written nexus letter, VA exam, legal advice, or guaranteed claim result. A letter is a separate choice after the review. It is not sold in the same cart as the $100 review.

Pay → set up Healthie → upload → talk

Pay $100 securely through Stripe. After payment, continue to Healthie to create an account or sign in, upload your complete records, and schedule your 15-minute phone or video findings call. No additional payment is due in Healthie. Records are accepted only through Healthie — not Instagram, text, email, phone, or fax. Kristina reviews them before the call.

Please schedule your appointment at least 5 days after uploading all of your records in Healthie. This gives Kristina time to review your files carefully and provide thoughtful, accurate information during your call. Thank you for allowing time for a thorough review. Large files may require additional time.

No rush fees. Paying more does not move your place in line or change the opinion.

You decide whether to buy a separate independent nexus letter. You are not required to purchase one.

Published nexus letter prices generally include up to 750 pages. Larger files, prior denials, conflicting opinions, toxic-exposure research, or complex aggravation questions may need an adjusted fee. You receive the full price and scope before extra work.

Written opinions are delivered through the Healthie portal or U.S. mail only — not email, text, Instagram, or fax.

Frequently asked questions

What if you were my C&P examiner?

My private services are completely separate from my C&P examiner work. I do not discuss or advertise Guided Veteran Services during exams. If I have examined you, or I am scheduled to examine you, I will not accept your case for a private review or nexus opinion.

Does the $100 review include a nexus letter?

No. I review your records and explain whether an independent opinion may be appropriate. If the records do not support one, I will tell you. A letter is a separate, optional service.

How long is the $100 credit available?

If your written case-fit summary requests additional records, the $100 review fee remains available as a credit toward a future nexus letter only when those records are uploaded to Healthie within 60 days of the date of your summary and they support writing a nexus letter. Your summary will give your exact deadline.

After that deadline, the credit expires. A later nexus-letter request is treated as a new engagement at the then-published price.

What veterans have said

Feedback about the online review process. Not a VA decision and not a promised rating.

Jamie · online review · Case Fit Review

“I paid the $100 because I didn’t want to buy a nexus letter blind. She reviewed what I uploaded in Healthie before we talked, walked through each condition I was asking about, and told me which ones had enough in the file and which ones didn’t. I got a clear yes/no on a letter and a written summary after the call.”

Doug · online review · appointment

“By the time we were on the phone, she had already read the records. She explained the difference between the $100 review and a letter, didn’t push me to purchase the letter on the spot, and answered my questions in plain language. I felt like a person, not a claim number.”

Darion · online review · next steps

“She told me a letter was not appropriate with the records I had. She pointed to what was missing — not in a sales way — and what I could gather before spending more. I still got the call and the written summary. I didn’t feel talked into anything.”
