Could a nexus letter help your VA claim?

I read the records and tell you on a one-on-one call whether a nexus letter may be appropriate. The $100 Case Fit Review includes a written summary with findings and a next step, even if a letter is not appropriate.

How it works

Book

Pay $100 in Stripe, then go to Healthie to create an account or sign in.

Upload in Healthie

Upload your full file and schedule your call at least 5 days later so Kristina has time to review your records.

15-minute phone or video findings call.

Meet with Kristina by phone or video to discuss whether a nexus letter may be appropriate, then receive your written case-fit summary in Healthie.

Before you book

The $100 Case Fit Review is nonrefundable.

The review is not a nexus letter, a VA exam, legal advice, or a promised claim result.

Pay in Stripe first, then upload records and schedule in Healthie, with no second charge.

Records are accepted in Healthie only—not Instagram, text, email, phone, or fax.

Schedule your call at least 5 days after your full file is uploaded; large files may take longer.

If a nexus letter is not appropriate, you still receive the findings and a next step.

A nexus letter is separate and is written only if the records support it.

60-day records deadline for the $100 credit

Your $100 Case Fit Review fee remains available as a credit toward a future nexus letter only if any additional records requested in your written case-fit summary are uploaded to Healthie within 60 days of the date of that summary and the records support writing a nexus letter. Your summary will state your exact records deadline.

After that deadline, the $100 credit expires. Any later request for a nexus letter is treated as a new engagement at the then-published price. Records are accepted in Healthie only.

Written opinions are delivered through Healthie or U.S. mail only.

Kristina does not file claims and is not a VA-accredited agent.

No service connection, rating, or claim outcome is promised.

Nexus letter, 1 condition: $250
Nexus letter, 2 conditions: $450
Nexus letter, 3–4 conditions: $650
Nexus letter, 5–6 conditions: $900
Nexus letter, 7 or more conditions: Quote

Published nexus letter prices generally include up to 750 pages.

Larger files, prior denials, conflicting opinions, toxic-exposure research, or complex aggravation questions may require an adjusted fee.

We tell you the adjusted price before any extra work begins.
